Trying to download Emby for Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 3.4 Released but the store does not have link to buy?  Also there is mention of a trial, can someone provide the URL?

Thx

Well I have been this page several times on two separate machines and within this page I do not see where to actually click to buy or try? The only active link is the green EMBY logo and that does not open either.

What am I missing here?  The search in the store gets the same page but no download link.

Not sure since I already have the app so all I get is install if it isn't on the machine.

Are you logged in to the app store?

Checked with another account and logged in with someone who doesn't already have it I get this.

Yes this is a login issue, I logged into the window store site but still no option to buy. Is there a different login for Emby store front?  If so, where do I register?

Thx

Are you logged on to your microsoft account? Buying the app has nothing to do with your emby user. you need to be logged on to your Microsoft account on the pc/tablet/phone you are using, then, after you purchase and download it, the app store will forward the payment to 7illusions afterwards (or something like that) anyway that's the only reason I can think of for you not seeing the "Buy" button.

Thanks I got the app and installed, maybe I am not understanding how this works opposed to MBC. I want to run the app on the same server machine do I need to do loop back? When I open the app I get a screen to connect to all my servers listed. After I select one that screen stays up. How do I get the interface screen showing my media?

Thx

Have you tried typing in the network address of the server you want to use into the hostname field? Eg 192.168.x.x that worked for me. Not sure about the loop back stuff, mine are on separate machines. You could try first then go for loop back if it doesn't work. Good luck.

Or if you are on the same machine as the server "localhost" may work...

You could also try "localhost" instead of the network address.

If the server is on the same machine you need to enable loopback
