That means you didn't actually remove the old installation information.

 

I figured as much - but as I deleted both of the folders below before installing: 

 

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-InstallLogs

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server

 

Is there anywhere else data for EMBY hides out?

Depending on when you installed it, could be in Emby-Server.

OK - well there is no Emby-server folder, and I have only had EMBY for a week, and it all seems to install to MediaBrowser-Server 

 

So I will try again.

Are we sure there are no more temporary folders anywhere? 

 

I am at the install wizard - and now i cannot link it to my EMBY account....

Thanks @@ebr - I have just finished the install lets see if I, Robot remembers how far through it was 

 

I couldnt find an Emby-Server folder anywhere

The same film has again after a

 

Full uninstall

Deletion of:

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-InstallLogs

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server

and system Restart 

 

Remembered where it is.... Something is going inherently wrong here guys, please are there any folders that I could be missing - there isnt one called Emby-Server

Are you syncing your watched status with a metadata file that is stored with the media?

No idea - the meta files are all from EMBY
