Beta Streaming Issues

Hi, I was running emby-server-deb_4.10.0.8_amd64.deb beta and yesterday I upgraded to 4.10.0.13 beta. Ever since then transcoding/streaming via web is struggling big time even though the file is small. I even tried changing the quality to 720p. This is happening in every single video files. However, android app and Infuse app direct play is working great. I have attached the log. Can you check and let me know if I need to tweak any seetings.

@Lukewhen you have a moment, can you take a look at these logs please?

 

Side note : embyserver log is not anonymizing the server IP. I had to manually remove it from the logs.
