Library not updating

Hi team,

A couple of days ago images stopped displaying on my client apps. I didn't think too much of it at the time as media was still playing. I've sat down tonight to look into the images and work out what is happening and have noticed that the library is not finding new titles I've added either. When I manually scan library files, it still doesn't find new media I have saved into library folders.

I thought updating the server version might help, but I needed to install .net 4.7.2. I installed .net 4.7.2 and updated the server to version 4.9.3.0. Everything installed/updated ok, but I am still having the same issue.

Any advice on what I could check/do to resolve?

Thanks.

Thank you, this gave me the hint I needed. I was in the box and failed to plug a drive back in, I didn't notice it was missing when booted back up. All fixed now, thank you again.
