WAN Connectivity Stopped

First of all, I love the Emby platform!  I have been using it for over a year without issues until now.  I am also a paying Emby Premiere user.

All of a sudden, I cannot make a WAN connection to my server.  I need to be on the same Wi-Fi network in my home in order to access Emby.

I have NOT made any changes to my network nor Antivirus software (Norton 360).  I am using a PC running Windows 11.

Would you please help me?

Hi there, has your WAN ip address changed? Have you checked to see if your ISP has started using a CGNat?

Hello. I appreciate your reply. 🙏 Yes, my WAN IP changed when I rebooted my PC, but my understanding was that Emby Connect would find it. It doesn't. What is CGNat?

It does, but it takes time. It's not as immediate as say, a ddns. 
 

But are you sure you're using Emby Connect?

Actually, I thought Emby Connect would work, but it doesn't. In the past I got it working on my mobile phone (not on WI-FI, only mobile data) by entering the WAN IP address of Emby Server. Now that doesn't work anymore. 😢
