I suggest changing the password for the username on the server and you try yourself again with the new password and manual login.
Zenith Media 9 Posted March 24 Author Posted March 24 Okay. I used my son's phone since my phone might have too much emby history influence. I tried to login to my dad's profile and this is what came up...I changed the password in the user profile multiple times. I deleted the previous password, saved. Went back in and added a different password, saved.

Zenith Media 9 Posted March 25 Author Posted March 25 Update. He tried it on his phone after I changed the password and updated the device access. It worked. He is able to login and access the server. I just checked back with him and he is still able to connect on his phone. He have not tried it at his house yet. Appreciate all of the help and effort from all you. Been awaiting this for a long time. sa2000 Luke 1
sa2000 708 Posted March 25 Posted March 25 (edited) Great So it was a combination of issues - multiple routers - port forwading issues - wrong password - device access restriction Edited March 25 by sa2000 1
Zenith Media 9 Posted March 25 Author Posted March 25 Mostly. I think the password was correct, but the device settings set it up for success.

But the message on the screen relating to the device access settings was very clear and you did not mention that earlier - that is why i thought you may have had a password issue as well Glad that it is all resolved
Zenith Media 9 Posted March 25 Author Posted March 25 I did not know until I went through process myself on a different device. That is why I took a picture of it and posted it. What is obvious to one, might not be so obvious to others and visa versa. Thanks again for your help. 2
