Doesn’t connect to server on tv and phone

Hi there, can anyone help, I installed the app but it won’t connect when I put my ip address in the server field, I’m nearly giving up and uninstall everything, thanks for your help karen

@Karenstieldorfare you trying to connect to your own emby server, or someone else's server?
