I can see my server on her Roku TV through Emby Connect but when I select it, I get an endless white spinning wheel that never connects. My server is running through Wi-Fi and her Roku TV is connected via Ethernet. Attached is the log file. Thank you for any help you can provide. embyserver.txt

lbalbo 4 Posted January 24 Author Posted January 24 Yes. Allow remote connections to this Emby Server and Enable automatic port mapping are both enabled.

lbalbo 4 Posted January 24 Author Posted January 24 Can't say for sure. I've been trying to log into the router and it never connects. There are no issues with the LAN, just connecting from my neighbor's Emby Connect Roku app.
