trekflix 6 Posted Tuesday at 05:52 PM Posted Tuesday at 05:52 PM @Luke I'd like to inform you that the new update (Version 4.9.5.0) has resolved the subtitle issue on LG TVs. It took a while, but it's finally here. Thank you! 1
SYN01 11 Posted Tuesday at 08:55 PM Posted Tuesday at 08:55 PM It's not fixed for those of us running v10. We are waiting for the LG TV client to be updated. 1

SYN01 11 Posted Thursday at 09:49 AM Posted Thursday at 09:49 AM It's the client code running on the TV that needs to be updated. Not the server code. 1
bruceas 1 Posted Thursday at 01:19 PM Posted Thursday at 01:19 PM but now, with this version of LG client and an old windows server version it is working!!!!

I think there was more than one issue with both server and client side issues. This is why it has taken a few goes to fully resolve, and for some the server fix is enough and others need the client fix
