After upgrading to the latest version, new media cannot be scanned

Why can't I scan newly added media after upgrading to 4.9.1.80?? I can't delete or add the media library either, but I can use a backup from a long time ago to work normally. However, this would result in the loss of all viewing records and other data

Database error but previous topic appear to point to third party plugins.

But @Lukemay have to comment as other similar topics would appear to point to third party plugins.  As the folder trying to be removed is actually a by product of TMM @GrimReaperhave you seen this before?

Haven't seen that particular log entry before, but .deletedByTMM folders are just TMM's trash bins, holding replaced/deleted artwork/NFOs/items and emptied (or not) if so configured on program exit; not sure what would there be issues with it.
