Music Albums - Sort Collections by random or shuffle all in Tags

Hi

Just a small one. Would it be possible to either sort collections by Random or ....

When selecting a tag (that has been applied at the album level only) to be able to shuffle all the songs within all those albums.

Lets say I want to group together all my albums that are from the 1980s and have the genre "Heavy Metal". I can make a collection, choose shuffle when viewing that collection and get a nice mix of Judas Priest and Iron Maiden etc. But I can't view the albums randomly (which is my favourite feature).

 I can tag all those albums then go  Music > Tags > 80's Metal (or just apply a filter to the Albums view) and view a random list of the relevant albums, but if I click shuffle it just shuffles the first album in the list.

It's no biggie because I can achieve what I want, but it seems daft to have Tags and Collections mirrored because I would like to do both things with each set of albums I have defined.

I'm using the current beta Version 4.9.1.35 beta if that makes a difference.

Hi, where exactly are you clicking shuffle?

When viewing all albums after selecting the tag to the right of the play button. Second button from the left above the first row of albums 

This is in the web app which I use to play on dlna devices.

I've noticed that if I just try to shuffle when I'm not connected to a renderer then shuffle works. But if I'm trying to play to a dlna device it just shuffles the first album.

In the web app, clicking shuffle within a tagged list of albums shuffles all the songs now. Thankyou.

Nothing happens if I do the same in the android app though.

Hi, have you updated to Emby for Android 3.5.16? Has that helped?

Yes, nothing happens, no logs, no anything.

To confirm, in Emby for Android 3.5.16. I go Music > Tags > My_Tag > Albums then click the shuffle button and nothing happens.

If I do the exact same sequence in the web app it plays shuffled songs from albums with that tag
