Conexión remota

Buen día, tengo 3 meses usando Emby, el día de hoy amanecí con que no me da conexión remota, ya reinicie la máquina (Windows) módem el mismo servidor y no me da conexión

Ya lo hice y de cualquier forma no me da conexión remota, tenía Emby premiere de 30 dispositivos crei que era eso y acabo de comprar el de 50 y aún así no me da conexión

Ya hice de todo y no me da acceso, no pretendo ser grosero pero pence que Emby sería mejor que Plex y al menos en esto de la conexión remota es mejor Plex

When you say you did everything, what exactly did you?

Plex has a relay feature that routes everything through their own servers and kicks in automatically whenever a direct connection isn't possible. But from a privacy standpoint, do you really want that? It's better to get to the bottom of why you can't connect directly.

Me cambié a Emby porque me lo recomendaron pero no imaginé que me daría tanto problema con la conexión remota, pues ya ni modo perdí mi dinero en el Emby premiere

Hi, did you setup port forwarding in your router? Can you please show us how you did that?

Did you test to see if your ISP uses a CGNat? Maybe they just started doing that?

Porque después de 3 meses así como si nada me bloqueó Emby?

Also are you sure that your server is actually running? Are you able to connect on the local network?

Si está prendido mi servidor si me deja en conexión local pero remota no y estoy acaba de suceder antes con reiniciar el servidor quedaba pero ahora ni asi

Que difícil la verdad Emby ya lo desinstale y volveré a instalar haber si me permite

Has your WAN IP address changed?  Might it be that your ISP has just now implemented cgNAT, which by its nature prevents connections from outside?

Emby Connect merely looks up your IP address behind the scenes - the remote connection still has to work.  Connect does not help this situation.

La [redacted].240 eso me lo da el navegador y la [redacted].210 el servidor Emby ¿Tendrá que ver eso?
