iOS app not connecting to server

Hey guys! Tried everything, cannot connect the server to my iPhone app.

Using 8096 as port number and the WLAN server address.

I put the exact address and port as the site tells me but nothing

Are you trying this remotely?

If so, have you gone through the set up for remote access (router port forwarding, etc.), or do you have any other devices that are working as you expect?

Got it! I could do it via Tailscale thank god. Enjoying my Emby now.

 

but, I bought Emby Oremiere and until now haven’t got my key on the email. Contacted support and all. Can u guys help me here?
