Remote connections is not working

I set up remote access with my with my firewall and it was running really good,  but not long after i paid for the full version my remote access stopped working i have been through everything and can't see any problems , as anyone any idea what could be stopping remote access from working..

I can connect when on my own network but not the outside link to pick it up outside my network

But what exactly  happens when you try? Do get an error? What does it say?

Did you try connecting manually by entering your server address?

And like i said i didn't have a problem with it, only till i bought the full version............. ........................

And i haven't changed none of the settings they are as i found them so just don't know what's happening with it................................................................................................................................

Right but the world changes around you. You get software updates, system updates, your ISP changes their policies, etc. Things happen over time.

Did you setup port forwarding in your router by following the guide that I linked to?

Itemise the steps which didn't work as expected with details of what happened instead, and we can try to resolve each one.  Unfortunately "it didn't work" is not a sufficient description for efficient debugging.
