Unable to connect to server

To reconnect to Emby after deleted snd downloaded new app Emby ask gir host ip address and after inserting it says 

“unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running & try again”

someone please help

OK, are you able to do a manual connection by entering your server address manually?

I'm Having the same problem I Have tried manually works fine when I'm on my Wi-Fi at home just not when I'm out and about. when i used a hard drive it was ok then i now i have my own QNAP and some reason i cant get to connect remotely.

Have you reviewed this guide: Connecting from Client Apps and performed the necessary steps to enable External Connections?

Hi Seanbuff

My Port Mapping was off, so Enable automatic port mapping changed some other stuff and it working now
