Can no longer access Emby remotely

I have same issue and when I put in the IP address it gives me the this can’t be reached error.

I got the issue solved, I am running a mesh server and my Verizon Fios router did not have wifi turned off so it was giving 2 IP addresses and wouldn't allow me to give Emby a static IP. I turned off FIOS WIFI and only using the mesh network and its working.
