Habe ich erledigt. Tatsächlich war Punkt 1 -aktiviert - Punkt 2 .- inaktiv.

Aber das Ergebnis ändert sich nicht, siehe Anhang. Kein HDR Layer erkannt - Bibliothek nach Anpassung neu gescannt.

Ok, ich habe gerade mal die Bibliothek geprüft - keine Veränderung  -Emby Icon Version 5.61.1.7

Folgendes sehe ich:

 

Und noch eine kuriose Sache - Serie -> 3 Staffeln - 1x HDR und 2x DV -> Sammelcover, also der "Hauptordner" zeigt nur HDR:

Ok, I just checked the library - no change -Emby Icon Version 5.61.1.7

Here's what I see:

 

And another curious thing - series -> 3 seasons - 1x HDR and 2x DV -> collector's cover, so the "main folder" only shows HDR:

 

TV shows only show an icon if every single episode has the same property like for example DV.
If every episode has DV then DV will be shown, if an episode is missing DV then no DV icon will be shown.

Your season 1 seems to not have DV for all episodes but only HDR so the HDR icon is shown.
There for the TV show poster it self will not show DV either.

I will have to look into multi version TV shows though i see.
Never added anything for that because i embarrassingly didn't know that was a feature in Emby.

Disable these.

I should really remove those settings again, i don't think they have served any one any good.

Strange.
Try enabling them, save and then disable them again and save.
That should redraw those posters.
Or try a metadata refresh with image replacement on a single TV show to see if that fixes it.

I can't replicate the problem my self but i will try and see what i can find out regardless in case what i suggested doesn't work.

Any chance you can send me the embyicons.xml file from the plugins/configuration directory?

Nice, it or Emby must not have updated the cache for those posters then for some reason.

Question. I wanted to let it show sub language. But it doesnt show for all series. Most only show English. But Dutch subs are present.

Ok - auf was ich aufmerksam machen wollte -> Befindet sich im Hauptverzeichnis -> in dem Falle "The Witcher" -> Mehrerer Staffeln mit unterschiedlichen Versionen, wie Staffel 1 -> HDR -> Staffel 2 -> DV oder Staffel 1 SDR und Staffel 2 DV = dann zieht sich Embycon offensichtlich nur die Informationen für die erste Staffel und bildet sie auf dem Serien Cover ab.

Das war der eigentlich Grund für meine Anfrage - da haben wir uns dann missverstanden, ich dachte Du hast genau das gefixt

Again major bug in latest version, all movies that have 4k version show 4k image on all versions.......

By design if you mean movies with multi versions.
It will always show the highest available on the poster.

No, if libraries are separate, movies and 4k movies. If movie is in 4k library it will put 4k image on all versions.....
Nothing to do with multi version, i dont use it at all.

Ah, hmm.. I will try and see what i can do to fix that.
Emby already treats movies like that as the same one in most situations.

It takes all images even subtitle images and puts them on all versions of movie, regardless that on 1080p version there is no subtitles....
You already had this issue few versions before, i also reported it...

Problem is as said that Emby treats them as the same movie in most situation where the movies are in different folders.
Much easier when using the "Movie name - Normal" "Movie name -  Remux" naming convention.
