server sharing

Hello, I installed the server on my PC.

I try to installed and to share my server with my parents they live in another city on samsung smart TV, but didn't succeed. 

there is option to share all my server and libraries with my parents.?

like in the link I check all the remote settings, create new user for my father house in user settings. what I need to do now what is the next step? I though it is like on plex.
