Emby Connect funktioniert nicht?

Hallo zusammen.

Ich bin etwas ratlos. Ich habe Emby Connect für externen Zugriff eingerichtet, um auch mal unterwegs auf dem iPhone Filme zu schauen und kenne meine Logindaten genau. Dennoch funktioniert die Verbindung via Emby Connect anscheinend nicht, es zeigt immer wieder "Anmeldefehler. Falscher Benutzername oder Passwort. Bitte versuche es noch einmal." Die Daten sind aber definitiv korrekt. 

Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen kann?

Hi.  Exactly which user and password are you entering?  For Connect, it would be the ones from this forum login.

BTW - external access does not require Emby Connect.  You can always connect directly to your server WAN address and use local credentials.

Hello. I understood that Emby Connect was a simple method of accessing the Emby media server from outside. I entered the WAN address several times and often received the response that the server could not be reached at the moment. However, the same login details work from my laptop. It is a bit confusing when, despite having entered the absolutely correct login details, the response is that the user name and password are incorrect.

I'm starting to despair. Port 8096 is enabled in my router and I know all my login details. Nevertheless: "Incorrect username or password". Can I read the data myself somewhere in the Emby settings? Because I have already tried everything that I have stored in the keychain on the iMac and in the iPhone.
Btw: At home on my TV everything works fine.

Sorry, I was very busy in the last week. 
I „solved“ it by deleting the account and created a new one. After that it worked. I still don’t understand why and how, but at least it works.
