Download not working on IOS or Android

Hi there, this has been asked to death already, I know, but I have the same issue.

I have Emby Server 4.8.8.0, Emby for Android 3.4.08, and Emby for IOS  2.2.22.

The issue is on IOS or Andriod apps, I tap on download, and nothing happens. When I go to "manage download" it says: " download failed".

I bought the premium version of Emby sometime ago and I haven't been able to get it to work. 

I have tried uninstalling, re-installing, clearing cache, I even asked ChatGPT and followed the steps with no luck. 

I'd love to use the download feature as I travel a lot and have a lot of content that I'd like to get on my phone or tablet.

Hi, the server is unable to start it's embedded ffmpeg build. How exactly did you install Emby Server? Did you follow all of the instructions here?

I had previously moved the Emby Server file to the applications folder. I deleted it and try to copy it again, and it was giving me an error. I opted to remove ALL Emby-related files from my Mac and re-downloaded the Emby server file. The download function now works! Thank you!!!
