Hi All - As of this morning my TV Shows library seems to be broken.  If I click on it I don't see anything load, but if I go into Settings > Libraries I see the folders added for this section.

I tried reinstalling Emby and even rebooting my system, but I can't seem to figure out what the issue is.  I can see the TV Shows library just fine on the Plex client, so I know the drives are mounted correctly.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi.  What changed?  What version of the server?

No changes at all.  Server has been up for 2 weeks and figured a reboot it would have fixed it.

I am on Version 4.8.8.0

Please provide the server log.

May also need to see applied folder paths for each library.

Happy to provide this.  Can you let me know where the location of the log files are at?

The link above has all the info but here or you can download from App Settings-Logs.

I had something similar happen and ended up having to remove my entire TV library, wait a few hours (as the sql database was updating), then re-add the folder. Something is broken with the latest update.

To get to the logs, just go to manage server, then on the left hand side you will see

I may have to try this if not resolved quickly.  Thanks!

Unfortunately you have a corrupt database.

Corrupt: database disk image is malformed

You will need to try the steps in the KB but most likely need to start a new database.

https://emby.media/support/articles/Corrupt-Database.html

If you use the Backup and Restore you may have a backup but really depends on when your database corrupted.

This makes me very sad but I kind of figured this would be the case.  Thank you for looking into this!!

You could check the backed up library db files here if any do not fail on the PRAGMA Integrity_check

Your path is here

I:\Emby Server Databases - 2024-02-03 00.10.6\

See if you are keeping extra backup copies in addition to the last full backup in embyserver-backup-full which I presume is corrupt

This is what my backups directory looks like
