cpmcalary 1 Posted June 3, 2024 Posted June 3, 2024 Hello, I recently returned from a trip and turned on my PC/server and having some issues. First, I noticed on the PC that Movie folder was empty so had to rescan my library (TV folder seemed fine). However, now I cannot connect to the server with internal connection on either smart tv or mobile app. Emby Connect sign-in does not work either. Logs attached - please help! embyserver-63853045277.txtembyserver (1).txt
ebr 16185 Posted June 3, 2024 Posted June 3, 2024 Hi. Have you made sure the IP address on the machine hasn't changed? Checked your firewall settings? Connectivity
cpmcalary 1 Posted June 3, 2024 Author Posted June 3, 2024 I am entering the In-Home (LAN) access address stated in the server settings and it still won't connect. One thing I forgot to mention is that the PC updated to Windows 11. I am seeing in the logs that it is still saying the host server is a Windows 10 machine. Would that cause an issue?

cpmcalary 1 Posted June 3, 2024 Author Posted June 3, 2024 Also, I should mention that remote access still works for some reason!
Luke 42080 Posted June 4, 2024 Posted June 4, 2024 HI, when you try to connect manually over the network, are you sure you have the correct LAN ip address for your server? Where did you get it from?
