Unable to reach server - paid for premiere

Hi all, I have signed up to premiere this evening. However I'm now unable to log on, it worked yesterday with Emby standard. Emby server on nas, with Emby app for Android on media player. Any ideas would be great please, so I can get working.

Logs? Examples? Details of what actually happens? Your setup? 

Those things might help Emby figure out what is wrong but without them Emby cannot really ascertain what even might be happening.

So far I rebooted all my equipment, and even now which didnt happen earlier - my nas won't open Emby Server (have also re-installed this), refused to connect.

This so weird as all worked perfectly, before me signing up for premium.

Assustor AS1102TL - 1FD6 NAS, connected to Zidoo Z9X media player.

Hi Luke, nothing happens when I log on to the server, apart from web page opening saying Hmmmm trying to connect, and stops there.

I'm so keen to get up and running

Do you get an error message? What does it say?

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall

Is that the proper address for your server?  Is it running?  Is the firewall on the machine allowing traffic to the ports?

yes to the above.

From my side, I installed emby server and it worked perfectly - paid for the upgrade, and it doesn't now work

Really you guys, should fix this

Sorry I am no technical, so please do teach me.

Emby Server is not running so cant use that.

On windows, how do  C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server

where do i need to go on windows 11, to get this information??
