No Subtitles on Web or windows store app

Subtitles dont show on web or windows store app. In android tv or android (tablet) they appear fine.

I try download new subtitles but same problem.

Also according to log i have corrupt database.

HI, regarding the corrupt db, please following these instructions:

Corrupt Database

Except very important: Do the instructions for activity.db and not library.db, otherwise you might lose your library database.

And are you sure that specific subtitle stream has any text in it?

Yes when i try play it on my android tv i can see subtitles.

And its for all my media. Any tv show or movie , subtitles in web app dont work. Also in windows store version.

Is this specific to playback method or internal vs external sub?

No it do at all subtitles , external , internal. It dont show anything.

But i guess something is wrong with my pc. I try web app on my phone and subtitles work. 

Justbon my pc neither in web app or windows store app.

EDIT : So i try web app and windows store app on second pc with win11 and no subtitles.

So far subtitles only work on android systems for me.

What is your screen resolution?

Just guessing here but could it be something wonky with positioning?

My screen resolution is 3440x 2440.

Whein i click Picture in Picture mode and back subtitles appear.

Sorry for late answer.

Subtitles dont work right when start play. But when i start play then pause for like 10 seconds , subtitles appear. I think there is some delay or something in loading subtitles.

OK well we have a new windows app set to debut very soon so let's re-evaluate once that is available. Thanks.
