Correct parameters and settings x IPTV

I would like to know how to configure my IPTV list in M3U TV Tuner (because i read on forum that for IPTV is better use M3U TV Tuner instead Plugin IPTV) which looks like this for example:

http://group7.cloud.com:2222/get.php?username=XXXXXXXX&password=YYYYYYY&type=m3u_plus&output=ts

....would that be okay?

I would also like to know how I can set it so that it is only visible to me
