cpmcalary 1 Posted February 6, 2024 Posted February 6, 2024 Subtitle search function has stopped working entirely, getting no results for any media file (TV episode or movie). I am aware about the issue with OpenSubtitles (I made a new account on the new website, I did not transfer my account as I didn't see that option at the time so I don't know if that is an issue). I am not an OpenSubtitles VIP member but I am an Emby Premiere Member so I did not think I needed a VIP account. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. I also installed other subtitle plugins. Hash match and forced subtitles both unchecked. Nothing works. Logs attached. embyserver.zip

Luke 42183 Posted February 6, 2024 Posted February 6, 2024 Hi, try configuring your username and password again. They are sending back a response which seems to indicate you haven't logged in.

sundevil67 30 Posted December 24, 2024 Posted December 24, 2024 I know this is an old thread, but also an old problem. I have both opensubtitles.com and Addic7ed set up, but every time I try to search for subtitles, no results are found. Having subtitles is really essential for me whenever I watch anything, so this is really a big problem. I've re-authenticated the plugins and can't get it working again. I did have it functioning before I changed computers and had to set up my libraries from scratch, but I don't see any differences from how it was configured before, except for the addition of Addic7ed, but that doesn't seem to have had any effect anywhere. Any suggestions from @Lukeor anyone willing to take a moment.... much obliged. embyserver.txt
