laharish 0 Posted February 3, 2024 Posted February 3, 2024 (edited) Title, but I'm able to connect to the server on another laptop device but not through both an android or iPhone. Tried on the iOS and Android native apps and both browsers as well, no logs related to connection errors were present as well in any of those cases. Attaching logs just in case if anything is found. laharish 0 Posted February 3, 2024 Author Posted February 3, 2024 I just get a generic "We're unable to connect to the selected server" on the app and just times out on the browsers.

laharish 0 Posted February 4, 2024 Author Posted February 4, 2024 Had checked it out initially too and tried it now again, Manual Connect with device IP gave the same connection error Emby server is running and I can connect from the other laptop. Checked the firewall connections and confirmed all Emby ports are open - TCP and UDP I also do not have the need for remote connections either.
Luke 42077 Posted February 7, 2024 Posted February 7, 2024 Did you check windows firewall to see if any rules might have been added that are blocking emby server? we've seen users with that before.
