Cannot connect to Samsung TV

Have a new Win11 PC and my old PC used to connect but cannot make the new on work. Th PC is on the same WIFI as the tv, and i bought premiere thinking it might help. Set the port to 80 but the tv still cannot connect. On the sign in module on the TV is says port 8096. is this the problem? also tried all variiations on the Connect to Server on the TV but fails. very frustrating.

If the new PC's networking is set to "Public", change it to "Private".

Ok I first I would suggest going back to the default port of 8096.

 Then I would suggest checking out our connection troubleshooter:

Connectivity

 please try the steps listed there and let us know which ones succeed and which ones do not. Thanks!
