Why cant use HW acceleration

i use this way to run debian from https://emby.media/linux-server.html

but I cant use hw acceleration.the Preferred Hardware Decoders list is empty.

If you're using a Intel JasperLake version than try this

sudo mkdir -p /etc/modprobe.d
sudo sh -c "echo 'options i915 enable_guc=2' >> /etc/modprobe.d/i915.conf"

The "enable_guc=2" is an option that activates certain features of the Intel graphics hardware.
