Recently moved and my emby was working both in home and remote

Recently moved and my emby was working Fine witg both in home and remote, then the other day it stopped working remotely and i just noticed on the dashboard only shows running on port 8096 and if i click on the remote link it just says cant reach this page.. can someone help..

@bronxboys97 Hi, it's normal that the remote link might not work from inside your local network. See Connectivity

What exactly happens when you try to connect remotely?
