farmay 0 Posted December 27, 2023 Posted December 27, 2023 The media library has stopped scanning. I read the actions from the page https://emby.media/support/articles/Corrupt-Database.html: 1. Rebooting Emby and the server did not produce results 2. Delete Library.db-shm and Library.db-wal - it doesn’t work because after stopping the Emby server these files disappear, and while Emby is running they are not deleted. 3. Checking library.db via integrity_check gives the result OK, everything is fine with the database 4. There is a UPS that prevents the server from shutting down in an emergency A couple of years ago there was the same error, I cured it by deleting library.db, but after that all browsing progress for users disappeared and I had to scan the entire database again. We really need your help. embyserver.txt
Luke 42080 Posted December 27, 2023 Posted December 27, 2023 HI, the problem is with the activitylog db database file. Please follow the instructions here: Corrupt Database Except wherever it mentions library.db, do the instructions for activity.db instead.

I deleted the Activitylog and when I started the server it created a new one, now everything works. What is stored in Activitylog?
Luke 42080 Posted February 5, 2024 Posted February 5, 2024 Only the activity log section on the main server dashboard. Glad to hear you're back up and running.
