MarceauSsisson 0 Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 Hello, For a few weeks, Emby doesn't identify movies (same with other file types) and when I try to identify a movie manually, I have a infinite loading. I tried to debug a bit and it seems that Emby cannot access to internet anymore : always get a timeout when Emby is trying to get datas from web. I don't know if there is a link with the fact I changed my ISP last month knowing that my NAS is wired to a NetGear Orbi router and Emby is installed on Docker so my configuration didn't change. Please find Emby logs in attachment. It should be a network config issue but I don't understand what's wrong and why it's not working anymore. Thank you for your help, Marceau embyserver.txt

Luke 42081 Posted November 8, 2023 Posted November 8, 2023 Hi, all outgoing communications are failing. Typical causes of this are firewall, security software, or vpn blocking or interfering with the connection. Can you look into those and let us know what you find? Also can you update to Emby server 4.7.14?
