Emby server issues with remote acces

Hi , 

Anyone who had same problems and solved it ?  The Emby server i took specially for connect to Vu+ for Remote Acces . Since it is easy on any Linux receiver to connect Local network but always the issues are Remote acces thats why i paid for Emby since day 1 Emby tried hours , searching hours on internet and none off all worked . When i run on windows and all set up working 5 channels same time view worked . Set up to a Dns server to go remote , don't go Dns setup correct Emby opens on my network with the Dns adres locally , remote doesn't go again , if i open ports for emby on windows it doesn't go either , i can connect to ISP router looked there they hold me up their side my public IP not any port i can open almost it is a Static ip as i see and it never change my own router after the one of them Asus tuf  gaming ax6000 . Have a just new Terramaster T2-212 nas i thought it would work that way now since amazon post for this Nas a picture with media sharing Emby , Plex .... , ok cool but not any guide to setup . terramaster Nas remote on their dns made on nas for me works , when i try to setup Emby on the Nas when it says you need to reboot the Emby server - if i do Bad gateway lets restart the Nas ,  page emby goas open again , try again to install vu+ plugin reboot emby server Bad gateway . Pff i get tired of it wasted time for now .... i think gonna try plex for that see if that works ... if someone knows an solution im happy to try again but not hours anymore

So just to confirm, you can connect from devices inside your local network, but not from outside your network, right?

in some hes topic i had tagged you @Luke it was this since i have same issues , i dont know what country above question is but similar with me ... if its spain they are always shit when it comes on ISP anyone here that says can earn with a company provide people internet .... they have none understandings must be all configerd for child setup i open on their router even the ports and only 4 want to go on Public and stuck again on those is those are meant to used not for streaming cant use them grrr will answer on my topic   

Second not solved for now i dont find any way , bought other nas Synology  NAS with the newest update software 7.2 , it found Emby server and is already not a moment Stuck on reboot etc so that is already beter , now need to find out how to acces out this shit ISP network in a few days needs to pay again a month for Emby if i want to stay Premium even not could have any enjoy of it thats sad a month paying but cant acces out , and inside home im alone so i can watch it without . So i want that it works asap ! But my internet would be changed other company fingers crossed how they work in Spain ... would be A sercom FTTH router they have and after that i will use my Asus Tuf Ax 6000 what even found Emby as i go for NAT port forwarding  Choose a game or ... stand but i type emby and asus found so the ports if i did where the usual emby ports . If not could do mually but even on ISP router A shit Huawei Ont router FTTH ( Easy for ISP stand on huawei even steps like i learned when i was young i think haha so basically i could learn my grandmom that ! haha Then Due i got acces i asked ISP open my fucking port from there to there answer was : here this username , password to use and  you can do yourself ... ik it is portforward active in their provided shit router ... It says it need to work its Enabled in the Huawei also on their wifi i can forget it Port Scan by Zenpmap ... Public ip ip no usable ports ! Damn ... Means its by them on their Server ! and they dont know it like ive seen even on their router i would not let my clients in if i was them " Checked now i know why my IP actually never changed but no openports , so they actually have bought a server with ASN nr connected to their company . And like maybe between 50 max 100 now Ip bought and for example mine start with 104 had a look parents above me living but own line same provider and im correct they had 101 - 103  ok so im after them installed ... So i recognise already they bought Cloud IP network adres and even they have but in from where haha if needed will show you where they bought ) 

I hope i provide you enough to get some advices ? Like maybe my Nas because that change public address but cant open ports ... when i go to DNS having 2 ones bought not old i tried and tried dont get it worked and they dont know those things of a server etc so cant say right what i need to do in the config and on emby to maybe link from home pc or Nas to emby on emby APPS out Home Network would be very nice ! Does your ISP allow use of these ports? Does your ISP use a CGNat?

This is now the config for Nas Synology newest OS on it so now Emby is smoothly on Nas i have rebooted it for updates Not any issue Yet  the terramaster i have sent that back it is really a Shit Nas and support there is 0 ... changed so back to a Known as most used Nas Synology as i am not far on that i am just on this config but as you see the Public ip hold me back .

i have set all ports open up from 8000 to 8950 to test  , on the FTTH router Huawei , of the ISP and also my Asus both dont go since even the one of ISP refuse me all those ports on every test ....Seems they block on server  Pfft

No Nothing seems working having a new ISP company other brand router even then it doesnt want to gou out of local network . Where can i cancel the payment further because searched hours and not any youtube movie that comes with a solution . I dont going to stay much more hours to end up same sad .

How about a VPN or TailScale? Those can help you get around ISP restrictions.
