unable to connect remotely

I cannot connect remotely to my server

I had to change my server after a problem

I have started adding movies to my new one

But can't connect remotely I can connect internally

I have port forwarded the ports i need but all ports are closed after checking

ok I have figured this problem out

seems i did not have port 8096 open on ubuntu

I opened it and connected straight away
