HI, thank you for the screenshot. I notice you set internal and external ports that are not the default ports in Emby Server. Are you sure those port numbers are correct? Where did you get them from?

Are you sure the LAN IP that you set in the port forwarding rule is correct? Where did you get that from?

Also, what ISP do you have? Do they allow remote access through these ports?

La IP me lada el router  que tengo   lo puerto lo e configurado en el router  porque lo que da envi no funcionan tampoco

What exactly did you mean by the above statement?

Please post a screen shot of the results you get running this command:

tracert 1.1.1.1

If you follow the directions given in this KB article https://emby.media/support/articles/Remote-Setup.html , what step in that setup doesn't work?
