lick2023 1 Posted August 27, 2023 Posted August 27, 2023 Hello, I have no access to set user access permissions. When I enter here, I just circle around and keep scrolling, without displaying all the media libraries. I cannot modify the access permissions of a certain user by navigating. How can I solve this problem! embyserver.txt
Luke 42078 Posted August 28, 2023 Posted August 28, 2023 Hi, I think this is your issue: 2023-08-28 01:36:42.829 Error TaskManager: Error *** Error Report *** Version: 4.7.14.0 Command line: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\EmbyServer.dll Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10.0.17763 Framework: .NET 6.0.21 OS/Process: x64/x64 Runtime: C:/Users/Administrator/AppData/Roaming/Emby-Server/system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 10 Data path: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata Application path: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException: Corrupt: database disk image is malformed SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException: Exception of type 'SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException' was thrown. Please see this article to help you get squared away: https://emby.media/support/articles/Corrupt-Database.html But - Very Important: Anywhere you see library.db in these instructions, substitute authentication.db instead, because that's the database file having an issue. So same instructions, just different database. So don't blow away your library.db database Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
lick2023 1 Posted August 28, 2023 Author Posted August 28, 2023 Do Luke have a detailed graphic tutorial? I'm afraid I might make a mistake!
lick2023 1 Posted August 28, 2023 Author Posted August 28, 2023 I am also modifying library.db or repairing users.db, but it doesn't work in practice. Last time I tried a beta version, I used the Windows server!

lick2023 1 Posted September 3, 2023 Author Posted September 3, 2023 My server is Windows, and I feel that the repair is completely incorrect, without the files mentioned above!

lick2023 1 Posted September 5, 2023 Author Posted September 5, 2023 (edited) I would like to ask how ldap is configured and if there are any configuration tutorials available. When I fill in the information about ldap in WordPress, I am constantly prompted that I cannot connect and how to configure it. Is the ldap for WordPress the server address for emby? What address is the ldap for emby? Is it the local address or the server address for WordPress? I don't quite understand! Edited September 5, 2023 by lick2023
lick2023 1 Posted September 5, 2023 Author Posted September 5, 2023 I should know. Do you need to install an additional ldap server and access it on both sides!
lick2023 1 Posted September 6, 2023 Author Posted September 6, 2023 Is there a link to any tool? I used this SQL repair tool, which has been fixed for a week but has not been completed yet!

ebr 16178 Posted September 7, 2023 Posted September 7, 2023 Hi. Are you attempting to modify the Emby database with an external tool?
