Samsung Tv wont connect anymore

It is. I made it public. As mentioned, have no problem browsing to it via web, roku (doing mentioned tweaks) and firestick (also with tweaks) 
Somewhere I read that maybe the samsung app (or samsung itself) is not accepting the SSL certificate, but still, could not connect via simple http.

How exactly did you try to connect using plain http? Is your server configured to allow that?

Yes.It's configured to work with http.
Moreover, tried in another Samsung TV, connected with no problems using http and leaving empty the port number, doing a manual registry of the server.
Same thing works with Emby for Iphone, have to enter the address, leaving the port number blank. So, the issue is the other TV, where the samsung app version does not appear to accept leaving the port number blank.

Maybe try entering the port number explicitly?

Did that. usong 8086, 8920, 443 and 0. 
Does not work.

Are you able to connect with the browser on the Samsung TV?

I will try that. Its on my father´s home, next time I go there I will check.

Hello, i just switched today my TV, moved from an older Samsung 2017 to a new Samsung 2024, a 65QN90D.
On the older samsung, emby worked, on this new one, i cannot connect to the server.
It says "unable to reach the server".
My emby server is in the same network, the TV's are connected via ethernet/LAN.
The connection is via http, i can open the link in different devices, browsers.
I even linked my email address to the account i have created in Emby server, received an email of confirmation, tried to connect via Emby Connect with PIN, the emby server appears at the screen after connecting via PIN, but when i try to Connect it says Unable to reach server, unable to establish connection at the moment, please check if server is online and recheck.
Idk what to do anymore.

I opened a separate topic, didn't new about this one.

Should i try to install an older version of Emby from usb stick on the TV ? Could it be from the version i have now which i installed from Samsung Apps on the TV.

Try adding the server address manually. Don´t use Emby Connect.
try using https://your.emby.ip-address.number
and also http://your.ip.address.number
