Yes, adjustment of embedded SUBS is what isn't active in latest Emby Android app, tho @GrimReaperreported it used to be. (Although I agree syncing shouldn't be off with embedded subtitles, I have found a number of movies and shows where that is the case, and it would be great if users could adjust.)
