Hi, are you trying to connect to your own Emby server, or someone else’s?

Would you be ok with the addition of "Go To Show" and "Go To Season" options on the context menu for TV show episodes? So that say in a "New Episodes" widget one would have the option of going from that episode directly to the related Show/Season page? I've already written initial code that does it, but I'm not going to pretend that you won't have to look at it and go there's an edge case you're not handling here so it would increase your workload. I've not added the two strings to the translation files either.

I'm pretty sure it's fanart. The skins are trying to pull images for the background.

Which kind of picture is it? Actor, episode, movie etc. Could be a skin issue or I mistakenly used path substitution for images at some point. btw, this could also happen for video content when using path substitution and is not an issue. The plugin tricks Kodi thinking videos are regular files. Kodi does not extract embedded images (e.g. for chapter) if it's a http link even it's technically possible (hardcoded disabled in Kodi). The / at the end happens when Kodi (or you manually) tried to read folder structure and is intercepted by the plugins "webserver". 404 is correct.

Coincidence, I tested that yesterday and seems to work. I'll review it again...

I am using Google Chromecast 4k, now every time I start up the emby for android tv app it display this notification: "it seems to be a problem accessing your server... check your internet blah blah blah." but emby works just fine. And I tried to clear all the cache and data and reinstall the app but the notification just keep coming back. Anyone has any idea how this was happened? How can I solve this?

Just saw an update for Emby Theater on Xbox and since Luke stated it was coming soon I had a feeling this was it. Tested a 4K movie on Series X, worked like a charm! Thanks Luke!

Well Crap! That wont work then. Dang it. I am trying to make my web browser look like "tv mode" in desktop mode because of the issue with the clickable header not working in tv mode. Thanks for the help anyway happy. Maybe this will help someone else down the road.

But it is difficult with every item page having more or less information on the same code. div.view-item-item .padded-top-page {position: relative; top: 50%;} But applies to all item views as there really isn't much difference for any item view.

From the context menu for a song, I select "Add to Playlist". In the modal that pops up the only option is "New Playlist". I select that and in the new modal I enter the playlist name, then click the "Create" button. And this toast pops up: Eventually, the playlist appears in a new Playlist section of the left side menu. I can select it and it takes me to the playlist page with the one song. I can even play the playlist and it starts playing the song. I ssh into the server and go to the userplaylists directory but there are no files there for it at all. If I scan the playlist library and then click on the playlist in the left menu again it then says "The requested item could not be found. It may have been recently removed from the server." . When I go back to the home screen the playlist section of the left menu is gone. If I try to add a song to a playlist it again presents an empty modal with the only option as "New Playlist."

Part of the point is to add a reverse proxy to hide emby behind. And one that is easier to automate setting up SSL corticates. The IISCrypto thing.... I think is a bad, bad idea, as it can break all sorts of things on your system, and IIS allows you to disable legacy TLS support, anyways (which is why the IISCrypto).

Sorry all ! I just see i got answers here. I subscribed to a service and i don't have any control on the medias. In fact it seems to be better since one week, they maybe do something after i contact them about this problem. (they told me they corrected something but i don't know what) I think my problem was not about the application but the server. Thanks a lot all and sorry to not have answered before.

Yes, the video can still play, just subtitles are not displayed.
