Hi.
i have problem with HW transcoding.

Server: Latest beta, 4.6.3.0 / MacOS 12.0 / Mac Mini M1 (ARM)

Pl*x shows that transcoding is HW, so there's no problem with OS or videotoolbox. Pl*x transcodes H264 to H264 AVC and HEVC to H264 without problem.
In Emby, unfortunately, decoding is software and Advanced options in HW transcoding shows nothing.

I've used ffmpeg build from osxexperts.net (Apple ARM) and default Emby (Intel).

I've run some tests with ARM version of ffmpeg with H265 optimizations:
HEVC to H264
1080p to 1080p - about 300 fps
4k to 1080p - about 60-70 fps

For me, Emby is far superior so I hope that there's some solution to utilize full potential of Apple Silicon.
