No compatible streams are currently available with Hauppage WinTV Dual-HD

Hi I'm getting a 

No compatible streams are currently available

when playing live TV.

When I first tried SD stations were OK, tried an HD one and now all channels have this error.

it's a Hauppage WinTV Dual-HD.

I did search the forum before posting, thought it might be an easy answer!

Can you describe what client you are using and version along with server version.

Server as well as ffmpeg log file (if generated) would be helpful.

Let us know what channel you try to play.
