The power was out yesterday and since then I can't connect with emby. It works fine local.

The IP number is correct

What can be the problem

I would double-check your router settings and make sure the WAN is still the same.. It is unlikely in most cases if the electricity dropped out for awhile that you would wind up with the same exact IP address.. The router could have had an issue as well.. Those two things would be where I checked.

It works. Somehow the IP address changed at the external connection

Are you talking about theme music?

There is an option to enable this feature ( by default it is on ), You have to set this up manually inside the media folders or you must install a plugin to get it to work.

I enabled it. What is the name of the plugin.

Aktiviere Titelmelodie is the theme.

The plugin is in the Plugins Catalog inside Emby.. There are three of them that cover this area.. You will have to decide. I do this manually, if I choose to do it.

Is there a way to get my money back for lifetime membership if let's say the terramaster is broken and U am not getting a new one?

We're responding to your PM. Thanks.

The IP number is new but it doesn't work at all.

I am not happy with emby right now.

Is the TerraMaster broken as stated above or is EMBY just not responding?

So you can't hit the Server via Remote Connection/Domain Name? .. and KODI gets through just fine? There should be a way to get this working..

We can help you with this but need a bit more description of what is, isn't working specifically in regard to remote connections.

Do you have a domain? Using Emby Connect or just the URL of your server as shown in the Emby Console?

Does canyouseeme.org show your port open? Does that site give you the same WAN IP as Emby shows?

I use the wan ip what is showing in emby.

canyouseeme.org does show me the same wan IP

If this used to work previous to the power outage it sounds like it would be something simple.  I'm pretty used to looking for things like this so if you want another set of eye balls looking over your setup, send me a PM and we can do a remote support session and I can give you a hand.

I used plex and it works fine on it.

What I would like is to sign in with my emby account without having to write the ip address in.

I am sure it works but i don't now how

No I did not.

Plex has the title music in the backround. I know emby can that do as well but it doesn't work. I downloaded the plugins.
