You can use plugin.video.emby-next-gen-6.1.9-build 12 (ex1).zip too, but it's not the beta. It's the current experimental version and will become beta as no major issues are reported.

Beta can be downloaded from Emby's Kodi beta repo.

You can use Kodi 18 or Kodi 19, plugin is compatible with both. "Kodi19DV-Final-libbluray" seems to be modded version, but I see no reason why it shouldn't work.
