Hello guys, can anyone tell me why they are no longer downloading preview images of episodes?

Season 3

It wasn't just Naruto who gave it, other animes also happened, did I unintentionally disable something?

I see the provider task run but no get from tmdb.

My best guess is there is no TMDB providerid at Series level, correct?

That is the only way I can not get TMDB images for this series.

@Luke Should you be able to get images from a provider if only image provider is enabled, not same metadata provider?

Yes that should be fine. If the episode provider isn't making any requests, likely reasons are:

  • The series does not have a Moviedb id assigned
  • The episode is missing either the episode number or season number (check the metadata editor).

and no, because before I downloaded everything, and then I changed the sequences and deactivated some, I thought it wouldn't be a problem

if I activate them all, would it work, because if there is no one looking for another one?

The Series just needs the TMDB id to get images from there.  You can manually add the id and leave metadata disabled if you like.

Something similar happened to me recently

in Dashboard / Library / Advanced Options /

Is this option checked on your side ?

I removed the folder from the library and did it again, then it went back to normal, because I think it is already pre-configured

Right, there is this message at the top of library settings explaining this:

Untitled1.png

You could also have refreshed metadata on existing content after changing settings.
