Hi there,

I now have a Quadro p2000 for transcoding. So far everything is going wonderfully except for a film. The movie starts transcoding via the graphics card for the first few seconds and then stops and continues transcoding with the CPU.

I notice you customized your server hardware transcoding settings. Try setting it back to just Yes from custom advanced.

Luke, when would it be appropriate to use to custom settings? Looking to learn here.

Mainly when you know that you have a reason to. Did you try my suggestion? What was the result?
