Batch subtitle format converter

Is there a way (programm, script etc.) to batch check and convert if neccessary the format of my subtitles to avoid transcoding?

The thing is that for my 10k+ episodes I have external subtitles, all saved as .srt files BUT in some cases they are MicroDVD

or .mpl subtitles

[171][210]text

just with .srt extension so they cannot be played and are not displayed with i.e. Android TV app.

How can I batch convert them without checking one after the other?
