Live TV not playing on Synology RS3411xs

Hi all started using Emby today, wents straight for the Emby Premiere because want to combine the local media with live IPTV

Have some experience with installing and configuring but can;t get the Live TV running

 

I've set-up the live tv source 

 

TV Source Setup
Type: M3U Tuner

http://ky-iptv.com:25461/get.php?username=xxxxxxxx&password=xxxxxxx&type=m3u_plus&output=mpegts

 

Channels are loaded got a few 😉

 

But when  I try to play , use the channel I just get the color cirkels go round and round an nothing happens

Used the webclient / with chrome on macbook

And Emby app on Apple tv but no results

What could be the cause ?

Have you tried using another app to check the streams too? Something like TiViMate or Smarters on an Android phone.

You have setup the Data Provider too, with an XmlTV url?

And finally, just to check 100%, you replaced the xxxxxx with your username and password?

I've tested the url in gse smart iptv and used the correct user id and password 😉

 

But data provider with xmltv where can i find the information on how to set this up ? thought I just needed to add the m3u url 😥

could there be an issue with the codec and the stream, got this error in the hardware log,

 

I wouldn't expect this when using installation package for synology
