Listing update frequency

Just curious if you now this answer. Sometimes programs change due to major events (I.e. 9-11, death of president/queen). Do you know how often gracenote update their listing (once a day, every 4 hours,etc)

Regarding late breaking changes we do maintain our database 24/7 including weekends and holidays so in most cases changes will be entered in a matter of hours or sooner depending on the urgency and profile of the event. Let me know if you need more information on this.

So within hours they have the guide updated on their servers.

At this point how quickly this updates in Emby will depend on your guide update schedule.
I'd think the once a day normal update schedule is fine but you could always do a manual refresh.
