'Force De-interlace' Button

I have a decent amount of video content that is improperly labeled as progressive, therefore it doesn't trigger any deinterlacing to occur during the server's transcoding process. While there is no fault to Emby here, I think it could be useful to have a simple toggle switch (perhaps hidden away in advanced settings somewhere) that forces deinterlacing on or off during playback. An example of software that allows for this is VLC.

I know this is probably a complicated request, especially given the many devices the server could be potentially accessed from, but thought I would throw it out there anyway.
