Question about external hard drives

Greetings Emby Community,

A few days ago, I noticed that my server won't allow me to watch or view videos and/or pictures and was met with the error message "No compatible streams available".   After receiving the error message, I promptly updated to the newest version available in the hopes that would rectify the issue.  Sadly, it did not.

Whenever I try to watch something, it says I started and stopped the video within 1 second.  I have not recently added any new content to the server, nor made any changes until AFTER receiving said error message.

I'm running Emby Server 4.5.3 for MacOS Catalina 10.15.7.

Any help would be awesome.

I feel stupid.  Somehow the external drive containing the files for my Emby server unmounted.  I just noticed it when looking at my drives.  Egg is on my face.
